Your key responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
\tManage the project team resources to ensure NPI projects are delivered in an efficient and effective manner, in accordance with business requirements of quality, cost, time and governance.
\n\tProduce timely and accurate information to enable well informed business in the NPI drum beats, Area S&I and Area PDT forums.
\n\tEnsure that risks and exceptions within NPI projects are professionally managed through to resolution and, if necessary, are escalated in a timely manner.
\n\tSupport 100% OTIF delivery on all new launches and missiles.
\n\t\u00a0Manage the delivery of all activities within the New Product Introduction (NPI) process
\n\tEmbed continuous improvement culture in the NPI process – Drive a robust practice that ensures lessons learned from projects or process; failures are identified, shared, improvement plans developed and implemented
\n\tParticipate effectively in all coaching and formal training programs
\n\tEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with the Functional Experts, End Markets, Marketing, Source Factories, other BAT functions and the Supply Network Operations teams.<\/p>\n
What are we looking for?<\/p>\n
\tB.Sc. in Sciences or any relevant field.
\n\tMinimum 5 years of experience with 2 years of experience in Project Management.
\n\tWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (at an experienced level).
\n\tWorking knowledge of SAP Systems \u2013 TaO.
\n\tUnderstanding of either Supply Chain or Factory constraints and complexities.
\n\tStrong leadership skills and a proven track record stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to success in varied and challenging environments.
\n\tAbility to think, act strategically and prioritize.
\n\tAbility to absorb complex and diverse issues within & outside of own function
\n\tAbility to self \u2013 manage and operate with minimal day- to \u2013 day supervision<\/p>\n
