Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
\tOwning and driving the agent ecosystem within your region, think of it as running your own business.
\n\tIdentifying, onboarding, and activating new distribution agents across rural, peri-urban, and informal economies.
\n\tManaging and strengthening relationships with key existing agents to maximize loyalty and productivity.
\n\tEquipping agents with the tools and support needed to grow their customer bases and increase revenue.
\n\tUplifting small vendors by enabling them to participate in the formal economy through access to prepaid products and digital solutions.
\n\tExtending Kazang\u2019s digital footprint into remote and underserved communities.
\n\tHiring and managing support administrators to ensure smooth agent operations.
\n\tNavigating and building influence with key community stakeholders and informal business leaders to drive agent engagement and adoption.
\n\tActing as the voice of the region gathering, analysing, and feeding agent insights and challenges back into the business to shape solutions and strategies.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t5+ years\u2019 experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development within an FMCG, Fintech, or Payment\u2019s environment.
\n\tDemonstrated success in working within rural, peri-urban, or informal markets.
\n\tA self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
\n\tStrong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
\n\tExperience managing or mentoring small teams or support staff.
\n\tAbility to work independently and take full ownership of regional performance.
\n\tA passion for empowering others and driving inclusive growth.<\/p>\n
Technical Skills<\/p>\n
\tProficiency in MS Office Suite.
\n\tCRM and reporting tools (advantageous).
\n\tComfortable with data analysis and performance tracking.<\/p>\n
