QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tA relevant Legal Degree (LLB) is preferred\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of 4 years work experience in a legal environment dealing with civil (litigation) processes\u00a0
\n\tGeneral knowledge of legislation including the Sheriffs Act, its regulations and its Code of Conduct<\/p>\n
