\nConduct technical education at salons:<\/p>\n
\tEducate staff in salons about brand’s professional products theory, including techniques, applications, and unique selling points.
\n\tEducate and inspire staff in salons on current trends by running workshops for S\/S, F\/W.<\/p>\n
Facilitate retail and professional calendar classes at Education Center:<\/p>\n
\tRetail Programs: New staff, Ritual & Selling Skills, Performance.
\n\tProfessional Programs: FSD, Gray Coverage, Puretone Solution 1 & 2, Trend Color, Trend Style, Damage Remedy and Scalp Remedy Renewal, Treatment.<\/p>\n
Conduct In\u2043salon training:<\/p>\n
\tImprove retail and professional product sales for salons.
\n\tEducate new staff and stylists for concept salon.
\n\tSolve individual problems and issues for every salon.
\n\tConduct product sales training for internal sales staff (SDPs).
\n\tProvide training for newly opened salons.<\/p>\n
Create and update salon educational material:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCreate documentation for new products related salon retail, and professional products.
\n\tUpdate retail product orientation and professional product\/technique material. Update in\u2043salon training material.
\n\tCreate training documents for SDPs.<\/p>\n
Assist team and other departments:<\/p>\n
\tAssist or advanced care training for daymakers and PPT.
\n\tAssist in technical education for concept salon promotional events.
\n\tAssist PR team: SAFA backstage work\/events\/Press launches.
\n\tAssist salon marketing team: Technical advice and support on locally developed trend collection brochures, salon services, and salon brochures.
\n\tAssist professional product tests when necessary.
\n\tCollect and report feedback on calendar class training.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tCollege degree and\/or cosmetology license
\n\tMinimum 3 years of experience as a beauty\/salon technical educator
\n\tMulti National Company experience is preferred
\n\tVerbal\/Written English communicaion skills<\/p>\n
