Asset Management Strategy\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure strategic financial performance with emphasis on maximising the net income growth of the Office portfolio and achieving budget.
\n\tAssist with strategic management and growth of assets principally through identifying acquisition, development and disposal opportunities including conducting due diligence within the processes.
\n\tAssist with asset management business plan and property management\u2019s business plans ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
\n\tAssist with new development and new business opportunity guidance\u00a0
\n\tStrategically add value to portfolio by developing & redeveloping core assets in accordance with Investment Criteria & Strategic Asset Management Plan
\n\tPromote sustainable business practices within the Office Portfolio and work in conjunction with Property Management and the Development division to ensure such principles are achieved.
\n\tFacilitate the deal making process for the Office portfolio by guiding property management accordingly.
\n\tMaintain and grow tenant relations with tenants<\/p>\n
Asset Performance<\/p>\n
\tAssist with aligning Office Asset Management & Property Management operational performances and excellence in conjunction with sector heads and property management teams in accordance with the organisational objectives.
\n\tFacilitate business to business opportunities in the sector and Growthpoint as a whole.<\/p>\n
Financial \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAssist with the compilation of the consolidated budget for the Office portfolio and manage \/ monitor the performance of budget throughout the year.
\n\tReview projections\/forecast vs Budget monthly & implement appropriate remedial action where required.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 years within Property Management at a middle-senior management level.<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tBCom Finance\/ Accounting and\/or BSc in Property Studies\/Real Estate as a minimum.<\/p>\n
