Overview and Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
The Technician will be responsible for performing installation and maintenance activities effectively, efficiently, and safely. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
\tExecuting planned and unplanned maintenance activities as directed.
\n\tAssisting with the execution of identified project activities as instructed.
\n\tReporting on maintenance, project, and safety activities performed.
\n\tSupporting the implementation of required safety and departmental systems.
\n\tEnsuring compliance with necessary safety systems and protocols.<\/p>\n
Essential Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric certificate with Maths and Science.
\n\tCompleted NTC 2 – 4 qualification or equivalent.
\n\tRegistered SAQCC Practitioner.
\n\tRed Seal Trade Tested Artisan (preferably a Fitter).
\n\t3 to 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
\n\tStrong verbal and written communication skills.
\n\tProficient in MS Office Suite and computer literate.
\n\tValid unendorsed Code B driver\u2019s license.
\n\tWillingness to work overtime as needed.
\n\tAvailability for standby duties on weekends and public holidays as required.<\/p>\n
