About the Role
\nAs a Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will:<\/p>\n
\tLead initiatives to improve the performance and reliability of production assets.
\n\tCollaborate closely with technical and operational teams to identify and deliver efficiency improvements.
\n\tDevelop and implement long-term, data-driven maintenance strategies.
\n\tPlay a key role in advancing our maintenance practices, including expanding the multi-year maintenance plan, refining KPIs, and supporting OEE, RCM, and SMED projects.
\n\tAct as a key user of our Maintenance Management System and provide training for technicians in preventive maintenance<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOptimize production equipment efficiency and reliability through technical analysis and strategic planning.
\n\tExpand and execute the site\u2019s multi-year maintenance plan.
\n\tLead and support improvement initiatives (RCM, OEE, SMED, 5S).
\n\tMonitor and analyze maintenance KPIs; initiate corrective actions as needed.
\n\tManage asset structure and data in the Maintenance Management System.
\n\tDevelop and deliver training for first- and second-line maintenance technicians.
\n\tProvide technical support for equipment investment and procurement projects.
\n\tTranslate complex technical issues into clear recommendations for cross-functional teams.
