\tTo provide engineering, projects-based solutions to address business requirements
\n\tTo manage and oversee the delivery of engineering and\/or maintenance projects.<\/p>\n
Required outputs: functional<\/p>\n
\tPerform project scoping, define project tasks, goals and deliverables
\n\tAssemble and coordinate project staff
\n\tLead the planning and implementation of the project
\n\tDirect and manage project development from beginning to end
\n\tDefine projects success criteria and disseminate them to involve parties throughout project life cycle.
\n\tManage customer expectations
\n\tOversee project evaluations and assessment of results
\n\tSupport continual business improvement and change management
\n\tComply with governance and established policies, systems, procedures and practices
\n\tComply with Safety, Health and Environment standards
\n\tAdherence to contracts and procurement procedures<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBSc, B Tech Degree, Higher National Diploma in Engineering or engineering qualification with proven experience in management of projects
\n\tAt least 3 \u2013 5 years related experience
\n\tKnowledge of the OHS Act and Explosive Act
\n\tIn-depth knowledge of project management in a multi-disciplinary environment
\n\tSound knowledge of engineering principles and standards
\n\tSound knowledge and understanding of managing performance within a project environment
\n\tIntermediate MS Projects
\n\tNegotiation skills<\/p>\n
