\tiqbusiness is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Project Management professional.
\n\tWe\u2019re looking for individuals who can lead and deliver complex HCM implementations and enhancements within large-scale, operationally intensive environments.
\n\tThese projects require strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate enterprise-level transformation initiatives involving HR systems and processes.<\/p>\n
Experience and Skills<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 solid Project Management experience, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle HCM implementations or upgrades
\n\tProven experience in managing projects across industries Mining, Logistics, Banking, etc
\n\tStrong understanding of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, etc.)<\/p>\n
Experience with:<\/p>\n
\tEnd-to-end Oracle HCM implementations
\n\tCloud migration or hybrid HCM environments
\n\tHR process transformation and change management
\n\tAdvanced stakeholder and vendor management skills
\n\tBudget management and resource planning experience
\n\tExposure to Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
\n\tFamiliarity with business and process analysis in HRIS environments
\n\tHybrid working model\u00a0
\n\tMust be open to contracting<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Project Initiation:<\/p>\n
\tEngage with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
\n\tDevelop project plans, resource models, and delivery timelines
\n\tIdentify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
\n\tAlign Oracle HCM capabilities with business and HR transformation goals<\/p>\n
Project Management & Execution:<\/p>\n
\tLead cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external vendors
\n\tManage configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules
\n\tCoordinate data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements
\n\tEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
\n\tMonitor project performance, budgets, and timelines
\n\tProvide regular updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors<\/p>\n
Project Close-out:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure successful handover to operations\/support teams
\n\tFinalize documentation and training materials
\n\tConduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned
\n\tClose procurement and contract arrangements<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tFormal qualification in Project \/ Program Management
\n\tDegree or Diploma in HR, Business Management, Computer Science, or related field
\n\tOracle HCM certifications or training highly advantageous
\n\tCertified PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAFe credentials preferred<\/p>\n
