Job Description<\/p>\n
\tiMas Insurance Brokers, an authorized financial services provider offering financing and insurance solutions, invites applications from unemployed individuals from previously disadvantaged and designated groups to participate in our Long-Term Insurance (Life) Learnership Programme.<\/p>\n
Successful candidates will:<\/p>\n
\tGain practical experience in the Sales and\/or Administration departments within Long-Term Insurance.
\n\tReceive structured theoretical training and on-the-job training coaching and mentoring.
\n\tBe appointed on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a monthly allowance of R5,000.
\n\tAchieve an Insurance Full Qualification at NQF Level 4 upon successful completion of the programme.<\/p>\n
Key Learnership Outputs:<\/p>\n
Learners will be exposed to, among others:<\/p>\n
\tAssist with basic research tasks and applying literacy and numeracy skills to evaluate information relevant to Long-term Insurance and the risk assessment.
\n\tManaging personal finances and understanding the financial risk.
\n\tApplying legislative, ethical and compliance knowledge within the insurance environment.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 with Mathematics and\/or Accounting
\n\tNot employed currently
\n\tNot registered for any other studies currently
\n\tAvailable to start the learnership immediately- to commence 1 September 2025<\/p>\n

\tStrong verbal and written communication
\n\tAttention to detail and customer service oriented
\n\tSelf-motivated and integrity
\n\tTime management and ability to work under pressure
\n\tSelling and negotiation skills
\n\tCommitment to high standards of quality<\/p>\n
