\n\tCollaborate with the marketing department to execute brand strategies through both window and in-store displays.
\n\tUtilize space efficiently to maximize product visibility and accessibility.
\n\tUphold business strategy from a visual merchandising perspective and maintain visual merchandising standards as communicated to you via Head Office Visual Merchandising communication to optimize
\n\tBe responsible and maintain working order all Silent Sales Signage within the store.
\n\tOrdering of Visual Merchandising fixtures together with the Field Visual Merchandiser.
\n\tExecute Visual Merchandising instructions from the Head Office team to ensure that the brand strategy is maintained.
\n\tIdentify and optimize in-store opportunities to increase turnover.
\n\tExceed customer expectations by utilizing effective selling techniques.
\n\tMaximize and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover.
\n\tEstablish professional relationships with customers, providing friendly, helpful, and courteous assistance and advice.
\n\tAdhere to stock loss controls within the store.<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirement
\nEssential:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMatric or Equivalent.
\n\t1-year visual merchandising in-store experience.
\n\t2 years\u2019 work experience within retail.
\n\tProven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment.
\n\tMicrosoft Computer Proficiency (would need to complete Power Point presentations on campaigns\/promotions and complete written feedback.)<\/p>\n
Advantageous:\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAdditional education or training in visual merchandising or a related field is a plus.
\n\tKnowledge of current fashion trends\/outdoor lifestyle (depending on the brand applying for)\u00a0<\/p>\n
