Specific Role Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDaily, weekly and monthly management of sales.
\n\tHave an understanding of vehicles by familiarising yourself with the characteristics, capabilities, and features.
\n\tDeveloping the business to reach set sales targets for the month.
\n\tDriving specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base.
\n\tAssists with the setup of the showroom and displays.
\n\tAccompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices
\n\tManaging customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service.
\n\tTotal commitment to achieve sales targets and growth by venturing and creating opportunities using own skills.
\n\tIdentifying and venturing into new revenue streams.
\n\tEnsuring customer escalation is managed and feedback is provided.
\n\tNegotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\/ Matric\u00a0
\n\tValid Code 8 driver\u2019s license
\n\t2 years of customer service and sales experience with a proven sales track record – desirable.
\n\tRelevant industry experience \u2013 desirable.
\n\tAn understanding of Auto Pedigree\u2019s products and services \u2013 desirable.
\n\tSome understanding of the compliance governing the retail industry \u2013 an advantage.
\n\tKnowledge of the areas\u2019 most spoken languages – an advantage.<\/p>\n
