\tThe Sales Executive will be required to achieve set sales targets by providing all customers with unrivaled service excellence and maintaining constructive relationships in order to ensure that every customer\u2019s experience has been outstanding.
\n\tPlease note that preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates in line with the Companies transformation targets.<\/p>\n
Specific Role Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tTo sell the maximum number of units possible
\n\tTo maintain profits within the company requirements
\n\tTo ensure all customers are introduced to the F&I
\n\tTo ensure the customer is made aware of all the accessories on offer
\n\tTo ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is attained
\n\tTo ensure that the “Road To A Sale” is conducted with every customer
\n\tTo maintain the Company’s marketing system with the utmost discipline (Higher Gear)
\n\tTo ensure that deal files are accurately completed according to Company policy
\n\tTo ensure all CPA documentation is completed according to the Law
\n\tTo ensure all documentation required by the Company is correct and recorded
\n\tTo ensure displays \/ shows are staffed correctly
\n\tTo ensure full knowledge of any “specials” being run by the Company
\n\tTo ensure that prospecting targets are reached
\n\tTo ensure Fuel-Online targets are reached
\n\tTo ensure full product knowledge
\n\tTo adhere to the discounting policy of the Company
\n\tTo ensure that demo vehicle is clean and maintained at all times
\n\tTo ensure that the invoicing policy of the Company is maintained
\n\tTo ensure that vehicles are delivered free of defects
\n\tEnsure that costing’s agree to final profit report (VHP515)
\n\tUpon delivery, customer to be introduced to key dealership personnel (Service Manager, Parts Manager, etc.)
\n\tNo vehicles may be delivered until all deposits \/ short-falls have been collected
\n\tCash deals may not be delivered until fully paid
\n\tVehicles that will not be paid within the month must not be invoiced
\n\tCustomers must be informed of the payment policy of the dealership
\n\tQuotes given to customers must be signed off by Management
\n\tAny work sent out to a supplier without correct authorisation will be for your own account
\n\tReasonable requests by Management outside your job description will be performed from time to time<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\t2-3 years experience in the same or similar role
\n\tMatric \/ Equivalent
\n\tMinimum 2 years experience in the Motor Industry
\n\tVehicle sales experience<\/p>\n
