DELIVERABLES<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with the business in identifying and prioritising opportunities to develop compliance programmes, initiatives and processes
\n\tDevelop, modify and implement relevant business processes to ensure CHG\u2019s legal obligations are met while maximising efficiency and business efficacy
\n\tCaretake assigned areas of the organisation and business operations related to compliance
\n\tDesign, implement and monitor control systems to prevent breach of internal policies or non-compliance
\n\tDevelop policies and procedures for data protection, in close collaboration with the IT Data Governance Manager
\n\tEnsure compliance with data protection regulations (POPIA)
\n\tFacilitate investigations into data breaches or misuse
\n\tEnsure customer service solutions are aligned to the operational business plan
\n\tEnsure technical knowledge and advice is technically accurate and provide stakeholders with relevant information to keep them informed of products and service options
\n\tParticipate in creating toolkits and training materials that will support building a steady skills pipeline
\n\tAnalyse information to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision-making purposes; generate required reports
\n\tUse systems optimally for data management and give input for system improvement and streamlining
\n\tBenchmark CHG compliance practices against industry standards<\/p>\n
