Roles & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate and schedule field service activities, including installations, repairs, maintenance, and inspections, at customer sites.
\n\tAssign tasks and resources to field service technicians based on project requirements and priorities
\n\tProvide technical guidance, support, and training to field service technicians.
\n\tEnsure that technicians are adequately equipped, trained, and prepared to perform their duties safely and effectively.
\n\tRepresent the company in all forms of communication, maintaining good working relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders, external suppliers, and clients.
\n\tRespond to and follow up on all enquiries by email, telephone and personal visits as required.
\n\tResponsibility for building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
\n\tDemonstrate a strong customer service focus and quality communication and output in all interactions with key stakeholders and external contacts
\n\tOversee field service operations at customer sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.
\n\tMonitor progress, quality, and efficiency of service activities and take corrective actions as needed to meet project goals.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of field service activities, including service reports, inspection records, work orders, and customer feedback.
\n\tPrepare regular reports, metrics, and analysis to track performance, productivity, and service outcomes.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tTrade certificate
\n\tProven experience (3-5years) in field service operations, preferably in the industrial or engineering sector.
\n\tStrong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and components.
\n\tPrevious experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
\n\tValid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively to customer sites as required.
\n\tKnowledge of safety regulations, risk assessments, and hazard mitigation in field service environments<\/p>\n
