experience in a technical Helpdesk \/Contact Centre environment.<br \/>\n\tAt least two years&#8217; experience in an IT\/Technical software support.<br \/>\n\tExperience in the Financial Services industry.<\/p>\n<p>Preferred System Exposure:<\/p>\n<p>\tInbound\/Outbound Telephony Systems (Euphoria preferred).<br \/>\n\tHelpdesk Incident Management Software (Freshdesk and Jira preferred).<br \/>\n\tMomentum&#8217;s Line of Products.<br \/>\n\tClient systems (Client Facing Websites and Mobile Applications Support).<br \/>\n\tFinancial Adviser systems (Adviser and Channel management applications Support).<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Minimum qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>\tGrade 12 \/Matric qualification.<br \/>\n\tRelevant IT qualification.<br \/>\n\tCompleted modules or subjects in technical and\/or computer software preferred.<br \/>\n\tITIL Foundation V3\/V4 preferred.<\/p>\n<p>Duties &amp;
