Job Description<\/p>\n
\tThe Order to Cash Supervisor oversees the entire O2C process, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and strong customer relationships. This role involves supervising a team of clerks, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Team Leadership & Supervision:<\/p>\n
\tLead and manage the O2C team, including clerks.
\n\tProvide training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
\n\tAllocate tasks and monitor workload distribution.<\/p>\n
Process Oversight:<\/p>\n
\tSupervise end-to-end O2C activities including billing and collections.
\n\tEnsure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and invoices.
\n\tMonitor and improve KPIs such as DS(Days Sales Outstanding), invoicing accuracy, collection efficiency and reducing write-offs of customer debt.<\/p>\n
Customer Relationship Management:<\/p>\n
\tResolve escalated customer issues related tbilling, payments, and disputes.<\/p>\n
Customer Account Management<\/p>\n
\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including any contractual amendments (e.g. site cancellations, additions and price changes)<\/p>\n
Shareholder Collaboration:<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics tensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
\n\tSupport internal and external audits by providing documentation and process insights.<\/p>\n
Compliance & Controls:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure adherence tinternal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Reporting & Analysis:<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and present regular reports on receivables, collections, and team performance.
\n\tAnalyze trends and recommend process improvements tO2C Manager.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
\n\t3\u20135 years of experience in Order tCash or Accounts Receivable\/Credit Control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
\n\tProven track record in managing Commercial, Listed and Multi-national clientele.
\n\tStrong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Pulse) and financial reporting tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel).<\/p>\n
