\n\tMonitor adherence of warehouse staff to Standard Operating Procedures and GDP\/GWP
\n\tProduct Release (based on Applicant release)
\n\tAssist with audit (preparation and correcting any non-conformances found) and CAPA initiation and close-out.
\n\tRaise, maintain and monitor deviations, change controls and CAPA\u2019s as well as trackers
\n\tAssist with validation studies and maintenance of calibration records
\n\tPlanned preventative maintenance management
\n\tSupply and maintain SS5 & S6 stock and Registers
\n\tSupply and maintain section 21 items
\n\tAssist with stock take
\n\tDedicated storage area management (Damages, Quarantine, Returns, Cold Store & High Risk\/High Schedule Stores)
\n\tManagement of retention samples
\n\tManage process for the destruction of stock
\n\tMaintenance and management of reverse logistics (RETURNS)
\n\tConducting Self-Inspections and reporting on any deficiencies
\n\tInitiating Risk Assessments
\n\tAssist with the preparation of and participation in Quality Management Reviews
\n\tFine checking and sampling of 3rd party stock
\n\tReceipt, releasing, picking and packing of S6 stock and orders
\n\tReview of temperature and humidity data
\n\tMonitoring the maintenance of cold chain stock from receipt to delivery
\n\tAfter hours call out in case of fridge failure or emergency orders
\n\tLot status updates in Warehouse Management System
\n\tEnsuring that weekly housekeeping checks are done and deficiencies are reported to line manager and corrected
\n\tEnsuring a pharmacist is present during warehouse operating hours
\n\tPerforming duties and tasks as delegated by the Responsible Pharmacist<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm)
\n\tMinimum of 6 months\u2019 experience in Production or Quality Assurance
\n\tActively registered with SAPC (South African Pharmacy Council)
\n\tRelevant experience within a pharmaceutical distribution\/wholesale environment would be an advantage<\/p>\n
