The Wholesale Specialist’s main priority is representing and managing the Red Bull business with assigned Independent Wholesalers by developing and agreeing annual business plans, achieving growth, driving availability, visibility, communication and additional placements of Red Bull to enable maximum sales of all Red Bull products and priorities which lead to an increase in Distribution, Execution and Volume.<\/p>\n

Territory Coverage<\/p>\n
\tEffective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost effective manner as well as maintaining & developing route optimization.
\n\tDevelops working knowledge of geographic and demographic areas in assigned geography
\n\tEnsure a sustainable Go to Market (GTM) strategy and structure in assigned geography
\n\tAdministration and development of designated area.<\/p>\n
Perfect Store<\/p>\n
\tMaintenance and growth of Perfect Stores databases which focus on availability, distribution, pricing, visibility, additional placements and messaging
\n\tAchieve quarterly KPI’s including Perfect Store standards as well as outlet Volume growth.
\n\tBuilding quality relationships through effective communication
\n\tInfluencing decision makers through presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals<\/p>\n
Stock Management<\/p>\n
\tManaging orders to ensure Red Bull’s stock keeping units (SKUs) are in stock and on display at all times
\n\tEnsuring that stock levels necessary to secure continuous availability of Red Bull products to the consumer in all covered outlets are maintained at all times.
\n\tManaging of free goods budget to ensure efficient and effective execution.<\/p>\n
POS Management<\/p>\n
\tSecuring (and where possible, improving) the agreed in-store presence of the Red Bull brand
\n\tPlanning & Placement of POS \u2013 Ordering & collecting of POS to ensure POS is correctly sited and up to date in all outlets
\n\tPromotional Compliance \u2013 ensuring agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day<\/p>\n
Budget Management<\/p>\n
\tManage assigned budgets where applicable (Examples: incentive budgets, free goods budget, POS budget and in some cases regional account budgets)<\/p>\n
Other<\/p>\n
\tAnalyse the opportunities in the region, take proper action and implement as needed
\n\tCreate strong knowledge of and personal relationships with the top wholesalers
\n\tMaintains strong working knowledge of all relevant Red Bull systems
\n\tProactively uses available reports to maximize on all opportunities including competitor intelligence
\n\tDevelops expertise with regards to product competition and distributor competition in respective area<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE
\nYour areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:<\/p>\n
\tProven sales track record
\n\tFMCG experience (Wholesale preferred)
\n\tStrong communications skills (verbal and written)
\n\tSelf-starter with initiative & attention to detail
\n\tAbility to manage and cultivate good relationships
\n\tExperience with basic administrative programs, Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
\n\tLocal market \/ geographical knowledge beneficial
\n\tValid drivers license\u00a0<\/p>\n
