\tTo support the project management with administrative workload (customer; internal business processes)
\n\tTo track project status, manage schedules, run meetings and resolve issues that arise during project execution in order to ensure that coordinating and reporting is streamlined (financial; internal business processes; customer)
\n\tTo maintain project documentation in order to ensure proper and accurate quality management through consistent and accurate administration of engagement projects (internal business processes; learning and growth; customer).
\n\tTo coordinate activities of planning, monitoring and control to be able to achieve conclusive project plans, evaluated project reports, baseline change controls and timeous recoveries (financial; internal business processes; customer).
\n\tTo provide general office administration in order to ensure smooth running of projects (internal business processes; customer; financial).<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\t3 year diploma\/degree in a Project Management \/ NQF level 5.
\n\tCertificate in Project Management
\n\t1-3 years experience in programme\/project administration and support.
\n\tKnowledge in the following
\n\t\u00a0Knowledge of project management methodologies
\n\t\u00a0Knowledge of project management processes
\n\tKnowledge of configuration management
\n\tKnowledge of project risk management
\n\tKnowledge of finance management
\n\tKnowledge of project scheduling
\n\tKnowledge of budget management and cost reporting<\/p>\n
