\tTo be responsible for analysing, implementing, and managing technology solutions specifically tailored to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of legal operations. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, legal knowledge, and analytical skills to ensure that technology solutions align with the strategic goals of our legal department.<\/p>\n
Are you someone who can:<\/p>\n
\tEvaluate and analyse current legal technology systems and processes.
\n\tRecommend and implement technology solutions to improve legal operations.
\n\tCollaborate with legal and IT teams to integrate new technologies effectively.
\n\tProvide training and support to legal staff on technology tools and systems.
\n\tMonitor and troubleshoot technology systems to ensure optimal performance.
\n\tStay updated on emerging legal technology trends and innovations.
\n\tEnsure compliance with data security and regulatory requirements.
\n\tServe as the first point of contact for business requests and queries.
\n\tAdminister and monitor user access, ensuring all changes are approved by Line Management.
\n\tImplement changes to the application environment with minimal disruption.
\n\tManage the secretarial duties for the Change Advisory Board and keep stakeholders informed of any technology changes.
\n\tDefine and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with key service providers.
\n\tGenerate and analyse performance metrics to track support team effectiveness.
\n\tPlan, direct, and coordinate legal projects to ensure goals are met.
\n\tMonitor project progress and resolve issues to enhance client service delivery.
\n\tDevelop and advise on change strategies aligned with project requirements.
\n\tUse technology, including AI, to generate meaningful analysis and management information.
\n\tApplication of technology, including AI, to support and train the legal advisers to enhance their ability to generate meaningful research, management information, legal briefs, reports, memoranda, and other documents as required.<\/p>\n
Qualification:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in TECHNOLOGY, IT, LAW or a related field.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\t3-5 Years relevant experience<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\tExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n\tStrong communication and presentation abilities.
\n\tProficiency in risk management software and tools.
\n\tAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.<\/p>\n
