KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAct as a plant quality system consultant to assist in quality related problem solving activities
\n\tConduct internal, supplier, and subcontractor quality audits
\n\tUse and analyse quality KPIs and monitor action plans to improve quality\u00a0
\n\tCoordinate projects to make sure that plant, suppliers and subcontractors all comply with the quality system
\n\tDevelop and document quality system procedures and work instructions
\n\tMaintain and audit all plant TBQ on Quality
\n\tOrganize and maintain\/control all ISO and audit (FDA) documentation
\n\tImplement L\u2019Or\u00e9al\u2019s quality assurance procedures
\n\tShare own expertise in plant quality systems (processing, packaging, quality system, document management, quality management, etc.) to provide specialist input on plant quality systems\u00a0
\n\tParticipate in new projects and co-ordinate management of change.\u00a0
\n\tCoordinate quality operations for product launches
\n\tDevelop and conduct training courses pertaining to quality system knowledge and improvement<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBasic understanding of FDA (Food & Drug Administration) cGMP (Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements
\n\t3 to 5 years Scientific background in either Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
\n\tAttention to detail is critical
\n\tManufacturing experience
\n\tLaboratory experience will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
