\n\tPromotional or new product upsell\/cross sell\/service calls\u00a0
\n\tResearch new sales leads, plan country trips and execute plans to acquire new customers\u00a0
\n\tEnsure all set company Gross Profit, Device sales and Demo targets are achieved on a monthly & quarterly basis\u00a0
\n\tComplete feedback loops as required which includes Swarm and demo feedback and HubSpot usage and deal pipeline management\u00a0
\n\tProvide proactive feedback regarding suggested changes or improvements to sales or service procedures that could improve the business\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u00a0
\n\tSign-up merchants and assist them with FICA documentation required\u00a0
\n\tComplimentary follow up visits\u00a0
\n\tFull focus on specialized campaigns and reporting in detail on this such as top merchant campaign or area targeted campaigns\u00a0
\n\tUphold company standards and values at all times when representing the brand\u00a0
\n\tMonitor competition in the marketplace and share any relevant insights\u00a0
\n\tTake full ownership and accountability for resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, offering solutions and making recommendations to management.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing self and shared learning.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tCompleted Matric\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tMinimum 3 year\u2019s Field\/Outbound Sales experience.\u00a0
\n\tPrevious exposure working within merchant services or banking sector is advantageous.\u00a0
