Duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and Develop marketing policy and strategy
\n\tMarketing business plan \u2013 expansion of distribution channel, sales targets, etc
\n\tSales budget \u2013 setting of targets according to uniform criteria
\n\tResource requirements
\n\tObtain approval from CEO
\n\tParticipate in planning meetings, review & update strategies & plans at regional level
\n\tCommunicate plan to employees
\n\tFinancial budget for all resources<\/p>\n
Sales Process and targets<\/p>\n
\tParticipate and input on the formulation of sales policies & procedures
\n\tManage sales staff performance
\n\tReporting of statistics & results to Sales Committee Forum<\/p>\n
Customer Relations<\/p>\n
\tUse of information to plan the implementation of market penetration
\n\tInteracts with the Ombudsman if there is a finding in the Region you are responsible for<\/p>\n
People Management<\/p>\n
\tManagement of the Region\u2019s structures, training & development, performance management, etc.
\n\tVisits to districts within the Region
\n\tDevelop a communication strategy & plan
\n\tStakeholder analysis
\n\tUnderstanding Markets
\n\tStakeholder relations
\n\tGain understanding of stakeholder impact on business
\n\tUnderstand impact of stakeholder policies on business
\n\tDeploy the correct interactions and processes<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Formal Education:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tRecognized qualification by FSCA
\n\tRE 5
\n\tRE1
\n\tValid Drivers license<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\t5 years in Insurance
\n\t5 years in Sales Management
\n\t3 years in People Management
\n\tAtleast 1 year experience in category A<\/p>\n
