Main Purpose of Job<\/p>\n
\tJob Summary: The Manager of the CSR Non-Profit Organisation is responsible for leading, managing, and advancing the non-profit’s mission in alignment with the founding company’s social responsibility goals. This individual will oversee all aspects of the non-profit’s operations, including program development, fundraising, marketing, financial management, and community relations. The role demands a commitment to ethical leadership, transparency, and community engagement, aiming to create sustainable, positive impacts in the communities served.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n
Strategic Planning and Leadership:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with both the non-profit’s mission and the parent company’s CSR objectives.
\n\tLead the organisation towards achieving its short-term and long-term goals while ensuring financial health and operational efficiency.
\n\tRepresent the organisation in all professional business capacities, enhancing its public image an expanding community awareness and support.<\/p>\n
Program Development and Management:<\/p>\n
\tDesign, implement, and evaluate programs that fulfil the organisation’s mission and respond to community needs.
\n\tEnsure programs are effective, sustainable, and aligned with the broader CSR strategy of the parent company.
\n\tCollaborate with stakeholders to continuously assess and address community needs and program impact.<\/p>\n
Community Engagement and Partnership Development:<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, organisations, and the parent company to enhance the non-profit’s reach and impact.
\n\tEngage in advocacy and public speaking to raise awareness and support for the organisation’s causes.
\n\tPartner with other organisations and stakeholders to maximise resource sharing and program effectiveness.<\/p>\n
Compliance and Governance:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure the organisation adheres to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards applicable to non-profits and CSR initiatives.
\n\tWork closely with the board of directors to ensure governance practices are transparent, ethical, and aligned with the mission.
\n\tMaintain accurate records and reporting to support decision-making and demonstrate accountability to stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements
\nEDUCATION<\/p>\n
\tDegree or relevant experience will be an advantage in related fields.
\n\tProven experience in non-profit management, CSR, or related field.
\n\tStrong leadership, strategic planning, and organisational skills.
\n\tExcellent communication, fundraising, and financial management abilities.
\n\tDeep understanding of community needs and non-profit sector challenges.
\n\tAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
