\n\tAnalyse talent acquisition data and visualizes them in the form of reports, presentations, trends.
\n\tPrepares employment contracts
\n\tLiaison with internal stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers.
\n\tPreparation and execution of various university career fair events
\n\tSupporting the team with any recruitment related administration and dealing with ad hoc projects for Talent Acquisition<\/p>\n
What You Bring\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tUndergraduate\/post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or equivalent\u00a0
\n\tStrong command of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n\tAble to communicate with people of all levels
\n\tOrganized individual with good time management
\n\tProactive with leadership qualities
\n\tAbility to work independently yet is a great team player<\/p>\n
