\tProviding efficient support to internal teams, production teams and clients, addressing inquiries promptly.
\n\tManaging and processing incoming sponsorship bookings including the flighting across platforms.
\n\tEnsuring accuracy and compliance in processing client orders.
\n\tIssuing and verifying client contracts and order confirmations for billing.
\n\tDocumenting application changes and reissue confirmations as necessary.
\n\tLoading flighting codes and coordinate timely material delivery to any and all affected departments.
\n\tMonitoring schedules to ensure correct material placement and flighting.
\n\tGenerating flighting promotion certificates upon request.
\n\tMaintaining positive relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
\n\tUpdating and maintaining the Sponsorship Grid and weekly revenue reporting.<\/p>\n
