Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Process the CMGJ and prepare claims to be credited<\/p>\n
\tMonthly downloading of the Shoprite CMGJ from the portal.
\n\tProcesses all outstanding claims and credit valid claims once signed off by Head of Department.
\n\tInvestigating all claims on CMGJ.
\n\tAnnexure any invalid claims.
\n\tFollow up on payments, Rejected Claims.
\n\tLiaise with 3rd party transporters and distributors with regards to shortages, non-deliveries etc.<\/p>\n
Manually compile the statement<\/p>\n
\tGenerate a manual statement in the Shoprite format on a monthly basis and upload it onto the Shoprite portal.
\n\tGenerate spreadsheets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.<\/p>\n
Shoprite reporting<\/p>\n
\tCompiling all relevant Shoprite reports.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Capturing stock take<\/p>\n
\tManaging and capturing of monthly stock take sheets.<\/p>\n
Processing of Shrinkage<\/p>\n
\tCapturing all wastage\/shrinkage per department.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tA proven working experience as a retail specialist in credit control of at least 15 years of experience
\n\tA proven work experience of working with Group Accounts e.g., Shoprite, Pick n Pay, Food Lovers Market and Spar
\n\tExcellent analytical, problem solving, organizational skills and attention to detail
\n\tAbility to work independently and handle multiple projects
\n\tA certificate\/ diploma in credit control management or equivalent would be advantageous.<\/p>\n
