\tTo implement policies and frameworks surrounding supply chain management and coordinate all activities thereof as well as to source the right solution for the organisation meet customer requirements within the agreed upon turnaround time.<\/p>\n
Obtaining Quotes and Placement of Orders<\/p>\n
\tObtain 3 quotes using the Central Supplier Database (CSD), negotiate proposal terms\/ price and maintain supplier relationships.<\/p>\n
Management of purchase orders<\/p>\n
\tDecide and send out completed purchase orders to approved\/ appointed suppliers\/vendors.<\/p>\n
Review Requisitions for Completeness<\/p>\n
\tReview requisition for correctness and completeness, and budget availability.<\/p>\n
Distribution of Goods<\/p>\n
\tReview requisition for correctness and completeness, and budget availability.
\n\tDeliver final product of goods, thereby ensuring compliance with goods Received Notes\/invoices in acknowledgment of receipts.<\/p>\n
Matching and Verifying of Documents<\/p>\n
\tMatch and verify the documentation according to procurement procedures.<\/p>\n
Travel Arrangements<\/p>\n
\tTravel Arrangements Coordinate travel \u2013 Requesting quotes, process orders, and sending to the agency to issue (during and after hours for urgent travel). 25%<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nMinimum Qualification:<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma in Supply Chain Management or relevant NQF 6 qualification<\/p>\n
Ideal Qualification:<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Supply Chain Management or B Com Logistics<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\t3 years Sourcing experience<\/p>\n
