MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES #LI-DNI<\/p>\n
\tCreate visibility to Loss Data
\n\tLead annual Loss Analysis to support site\u2019s OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures) and budget targets
\n\tHelp prioritize loss reduction projects in collaboration with the site leadership team
\n\tProvide supporting data analysis and justifications for any technology improvements and capital expenditures and feasibility studies
\n\tLead site Focused Improvement pillar<\/p>\n
Lead site Data and Analytics<\/p>\n
\tMaintain integrity of site data through training, health checks, and change control. Focus includes scorecards, downtime data base, manual tracking systems and SAP master data.
\n\tProvide analysis and insights to key performance metrics like Process Reliability, Productivity, Yield and Scrap.
\n\tCollate and publish site scorecard every month.
\n\tCreate and execute site Analytics strategy.
\n\tEstablish scorecard review processes based on the appropriate frequency and participants.
\n\tDrive data-based decision-making behavior at all levels<\/p>\n
Implement Effective Training systems<\/p>\n
\tCoach site employees and SMEs on the methodology and tools:
\n\tBasic performance data and trends
\n\tProblem solving
\n\tRoot cause analysis
\n\tLoss Reduction projects
\n\tParticipate on Training and Development Pillar
\n\tCreate and maintain site training systems<\/p>\n
CANDIDATE PROFILE<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in engineering or a related discipline is required
\n\tMinimum of 5 years working in manufacturing operations in FMCG company (preferably in food industry)
\n\tBackground in Total Productive Maintenance \/ Lean, Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness
\n\tExperience in a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) preferred
\n\tTeam and Operations Leadership experience preferred
\n\tProficiency in Excel and Power BI
\n\tFamiliarity with creating reports using our current (and future) BI tools, e.g. SAP Hana, Tableau
\n\tExperience analysing complex datasets, generating insights and building robust statistical models (comfortable working with structured and unstructured data)
\n\tAbility to analyse complex information to make judgments and decisions<\/p>\n
