REQUIREMENTS\u00a0:<\/p>\n
\tAn undergraduate Legal (LLB) qualification (NQF level 7) as recognized by SAQA or equivalent recognized legal qualification; Nyukela certificate (certificate of entry into Senior Management services from school of governance;
\n\t5 years\u2019 experience at middle\/senior management level; Admittance as an Advocate\/Attorney with right of appearance at the High Court; Knowledge of the Foundations of South African law, Administration of Estates Act, Mental Health Act, Insolvency Act, Companies Act, Close Corporations Act,
\n\tTrust Property Control Act and other relevant legislations; South African family law, constitutional law, intellectual property, evidence and African Customary Law.\u00a0<\/p>\n
DUTIES\u00a0: Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tManage and monitor the implementation of Guardian\u2019s Fund; Manage and monitor the implementation of Deceased Estate;
\n\tManage the administration of Curatorship and registration of Trust; Manage the administration of Insolvencies;
