What You\u2019ll Do For The Brand:<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with Area Managers to meet required targets on Active and Qualified accounts
\n\tPlan marketing campaigns with the assistance of the Area Manager and Marketing Team
\n\tFacilitate promotional activities daily
\n\tEnsure marketing material is available and in good condition for CSI handovers at Regional and National campaigns, all campaigns should be completed successfully and professionally
\n\tMeasure effectiveness of promotions (ROI) use Promo Tracker to measure the effectiveness of the promotion or event
\n\tConduct market analysis\/research to make suggestions for improvements
\n\tRecruitment, interviewing, and coordinating with AM\/Trainer for induction.
\n\tThe performance and team management of Mobile Clerks includes the setting of daily targets, completing performance reviews, (twice a year), and conducting day-to-day people management functions such as HR\/IR and the poor performance management (PIP) functions
\n\tGrowth, branding, and rollout of Top Up Voucher outlets in all distributor networks. Visiting outlets where required
\n\tOrganize continuous training to ensure mobile clerks have been trained to understand betting types, betting processes, mobile betting, and TUV
\n\tEnsure that cash-ups are done following cash-up procedures. Responsible to ensure that there are no shortages. Report all shortages to management
\n\tWeekly completion of all Moodle\/Bet strike and Voice note training and Trainer on Wheels
\n\tProvide day-to-day operational support to Area Managers
\n\tDaily Reports
\n\tManagement of the team members leave, absenteeism, and attendance.
\n\tManagement of stock (daily report on stock levels and usage)
\n\tAny other related duties that might be required<\/p>\n
