As a People Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in various aspects of human resources, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n
\tEffective recruitment, selection and on boarding administration
\n\tEffective performance management and training and development administration
\n\tEffective IR administration
\n\tEffective general administration, data management and reporting
\n\tEffective teamwork and self-management<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nWhat are we looking for?<\/p>\n
To qualify for this role, you should\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tHave 2-3 years’ Human Resources experience in retail\/FMCG
\n\tHR degree\/diploma at NQF level 5
\n\tGood understanding of labour laws
\n\tHave strong ethical standards
\n\tHave outstanding organizational and time-management skills
\n\tPossess good leadership skills
\n\tHave creativity and innovation
\n\tBe a problem-solver
\n\tGood communication skills (written & verbal)<\/p>\n
