In this exciting role you will:<\/p>\n
\tGrow Givaudan’s business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
\n\tAssist in tracking ADP to ensure sales activity is on schedule and meets success criteria
\n\tCultivate and manage customer relationships within portfolio of accounts
\n\tMonitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
\n\tAssist in transitioning customer projects\/new wins from scale-up to production
\n\tAssist with negotiating pricing agreements within guidelines and managing credit, pricing, rebates, etc. for key accounts
\n\tAssist in developing and delivering internal and customer presentations<\/p>\n

Your professional profile includes:<\/p>\n
\tA Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
\n\t4+ years functional\/technical sales experience
\n\t1-3 years of leadership experience\u00a0
\n\tUnderstanding of key elements of ADP
\n\tAbility to develop basic ADPs for key customers
\n\tEffective usage of KPIs to monitor performance
\n\tAbility to identify and articulate value drivers for key customers
\n\tAbility to generate new business, with assistance of experienced account professional
\n\tBasic understanding of customer strategy, initiatives, priorities, and launch processes
\n\tBasic understanding of competitor activities with key customers
\n\tWritten and verbal command of English
\n\tProficiency in common PC Applications<\/p>\n
