ROLE OVERVIEW:<\/p>\n
\tThe Sales Representative will be responsible for, and not limited to setting goals, manage sales and grow revenue, produce monthly forecasting reports, achieve targets, and ensure budgets run smoothly.<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tAchieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing customers and growing customers.
\n\tDesign and implement a strategic Sales Plan that expands the Companys Customer base and ensure its strong presence.
\n\tPromote product and sales to all hardware retailers in the Gauteng region, identify potential customers engaging them to grow sales.
\n\tOversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
\n\tDirect and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally.
\n\tPrepares Sales Budgets and projections.
\n\tTrack and analyse sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
\n\tDevelop and maintain relationships with key Clients.
\n\tHandle and resolve Customer complaints regarding products and services.
\n\tIdentify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
\n\tDefine and execute territory sales plans.
\n\tLiaise with Senior Management and submit weekly progress<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
\n\tExperience in sales
\n\tProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets<\/p>\n
SKILLS:<\/p>\n
\tPerficient communication skills, written and verbal.
\n\tExcellent problem-solving ability.
\n\tWillingness to travel for business purposes
\n\tStrong customer service and relationship-building abilities<\/p>\n
