Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\t3 years\u2019 customer service experience
\n\t2 years Admin\/ Data Capturing experience
\n\tExperience in the chemical\/Petro-chemical industry would be advantageous.
\n\tExperience in Bulk Liquid Storage Facility\/Terminal Operations would be advantageous.
\n\tPractical knowledge of SAP, EDI system, FuelFacs+ and vehicle booking system.
\n\tStrong Computer Skills<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that all transfer, rail and road orders from various customers are accurately received and created on BTT SAP system.
\n\tReceive dip certificates from Logistics Controllers and file accordingly.
\n\tUpdate the Logistics dashboards monthly and submit to Logistics Manager.
\n\tFile all Logistics filing received from shift Controllers accordingly.
\n\tGather information for reporting requirements.
\n\tMaintain a good relationship with all customers.
\n\tAssist Supervisors and Manager with customer complaint investigation.
\n\tEnsure Customers are trained on the orders creation portal when required.
\n\tFacilitate Logistics daily meeting on ad hoc basis or when required.
\n\tEnsure weekly posting and accurate accounting of all slop drums.
\n\tPerform all general administrative duties within Logistics department.
\n\tAssist with RBI-dip capturing if required<\/p>\n
