Roles & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPlan approach to achieving allocated targets every quarter, using knowledge of market dynamics and understanding of clients to inform sales strategy.
\n\tIdentify opportunities to sell on to existing clients, involve the relevant internal people to secure a deal which achieves targeted returns.
\n\tOpen new accounts for BMG online for as many customers as possible.
\n\tEntertain clients, using insight of company culture to engage positively with clients in an informal context.
\n\tSubmit proposals, within agreed time frames, presenting a professional image of the company.
\n\tComply with order processing guidelines whilst negotiating time frames and pricing with the client.
\n\tFollow up on the process of deliveries and collections, liaising with the relevant people and organizing whatever is required to ensure customer\u2019s requirements are met.
\n\tCheck that accounts are up to date, highlighting money outstanding as appropriate.
\n\tMonitor that orders are processed accurately and allocated to the correct account.
\n\tPass credits, when required, ensuring accuracy of information reflected and appropriate authorization.
\n\tMake sure that the required information on the CRM system is always up to date.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tRelevant Sales qualification
\n\t3 – 5 years\u2019 experience in Sales, Consumables, Engineering, Mining, Agricultural field
\n\tKnowledge on BMG Products
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
