Requirement:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 with at least 2 (two) years retail management experience
\n\tValid Drivers license
\n\tValid ID or valid work permit (local)
\n\tMust have strong accounting skills
\n\tMust be able to work under pressure
\n\tMust be computer literate (Basic computer literacy)
\n\tMust have strong leadership skills
\n\tMust have strong administrative skills
\n\tMust have own transport and cell phone
\n\tMust have sound knowledge of Health and Safety aspects in line with local (OHSA) and\/or neighbouring Countries legislation
\n\tMust have strong Human Resources skills<\/p>\n

\tAssist the Store Manager to develop, implement and manage a Store Business Plan for the Store ensuring it is aligned with the overall Company strategy and strategic initiatives as approved by the Divisional Manager and Operations Manager from time to time<\/p>\n
Grow and Protect Market Share<\/p>\n
\tAssist the Store Manager to achieve growth in markets share in your Store as defined in the strategy plan
\n\tAssist the Store Manager to achieve sales budgets and growth objectives by Category
\n\tAssist the Store Manager to promote customer loyalty programmes (e.g. VIC, charge cards, etc)
\n\tAssist the Store Manager to manage the distribution of advertising material to ensure maximum efficiency
\n\tAssist the Store Manager to develop action plans proactively to protect your market where you trade when competitors enter the market<\/p>\n
Customer Service<\/p>\n
