\n\tTo manage unit performance by tracking performance against targets, identifying anomalies and implementing corrective action monthly and as required
\n\tTo comply with policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of policies, participating in training sessions and sourcing answers to any queries daily and as required

\n\tTo propose improvements to processes by identifying an area for improvement, presenting to line manager and providing additional information as relevant

\n\tTo conduct variance analysis by comparing SAP vs. management reporting, KPI targets vs. actuals, and financial results vs. budget\/forecasts, addressing concerns, implementing corrective actions, and tracking progress.
\n\tTo manage the monthly closing process by participating in hard close meetings, supporting financial accounting with journal entries, verifying allocations, and resolving issues.

Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12 or equivalent
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in finance, accounting or similar
\n\tCIMA \/ CA (SA)
\n\t4 to 6 years within financial planning or controlling or corporate strategy
\n\tMicrosoft office, specifically advanced Excel and PowerPoint
\n\tSAP \/ SAGE
