You are responsible for providing accurate and timeous payroll data capture and administration processes whilst meeting Service Level Agreements i.e. ensuring that employees are paid correctly, on time and according to company policies, union negotiated agreements & legislation.

What you will do<\/p>\n
\tMaintain a high level of accuracy ensuring that all input is processed correctly in line with company policy and compliance with legislation within the governance framework
\n\tProcessing of accurate payments to employees
\n\tEnsure that all employees are paid on time
\n\tCalculation and payment of termination payments.
\n\tResponsible for payroll reports to various stakeholders. Supporting all internal reporting requirements
\n\tAssist with continual improvement and standardization of all payroll operations and systems
\n\tAccurate Capturing of all payments increase, bonus, incentives, leave payout etc.
\n\tAssist with internal audit processes for payroll
\n\tEnsure prompt maintenance of staff records at all times including archiving and filing
\n\tReconcile payrolls against supporting documentation
\n\tKeeping abreast with Company policies and procedures<\/p>\n

\tMust have strong excel skills and good financial aptitude with high accuracy and attention to detail
\n\tTeamwork \u2013 Working with the broader team to facilitate the capture and submission of documentation
\n\tCommunication \u2013 Must be able to communicate clearly with all audiences, both verbally and written and provide excellent customer service.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\t3 years payroll and benefits experience
\n\tExcellent Knowledge of the BCOE
\n\tKnowledge of South African payroll legislation, the calculation and reporting thereof
\n\tKnowledge of electronic document management solutions
\n\tKnowledge of Oracle \/ SAP Payroll and Microsoft office
\n\tPayroll Certification will be advantageous<\/p>\n
