\t2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in Facilities\/Property Management or Site Maintenance.
\n\tMinimum 2 years of hands-on technical maintenance experience in a service-driven environment.
\n\tSolid vendor management skills and basic financial administration experience.
\n\tStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
\n\tAbility to plan, prioritize, and uphold high standards under pressure.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Be Doing:<\/p>\n
Site Maintenance & Operational Oversight<\/p>\n
\tConduct regular site visits to ensure smooth operations with minimal disruption.
\n\tEnsure compliance with Health & Safety standards and National Building Regulations.
\n\tOversee cleaning staff routines and efficiency on-site.
\n\tCoordinate office equipment repairs, replacements, and IT infrastructure support.
\n\tSupervise outsourced service providers and maintain stock levels of office essentials.
\n\tFoster strong relationships with landlords, municipalities, and utility providers.<\/p>\n
Vendor & Contractor Management<\/p>\n
\tManage on-site vendor relationships including security, access control, and cleaning services.
\n\tEnsure service providers adhere to SLAs and escalate performance issues as needed.
\n\tResolve operational conflicts effectively and efficiently.<\/p>\n
Project Coordination<\/p>\n
\tAssist in planning, tracking, and reporting on office fit outs, maintenance, and upgrade projects.
\n\tAnalyze and manage quotations, budgets, and project costs.
\n\tLiaise with contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.<\/p>\n
Financial & Document Administration<\/p>\n
\tCapture and reconcile invoices, raise purchase orders, and manage general ledger entries.
\n\tMaintain comprehensive documentation and records for all permits, leases, and correspondence.
\n\tSubmit reports timeously and conduct document quality checks.<\/p>\n
