Will ensure that allocated Regional Sales Expense Budgets are adhered to by the representatives. In conjunction with Representatives, define sales objectives for each sales territory and evaluate progress on a monthly basis. Involvement with recruitment and motivation of the sales force. \u00a0Gives input into the development of the Marketing plan, and is responsible for final implementation of the plan, within specified guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure 100% compliance with company legal and compliance policies and in adherence with country laws and regulations.<br \/>\n\tConsistently have an integrated dermatology strategy mindset and utilize in day to day roles &amp; responsibilities in current role &#8211; for self and team. Workshops\/Conferences\/Congresses.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tActive participation in setting of Company Annual Sales Budgets, and expense budgets for Direct Selling<br \/>\n\tAssist with setting and analyzing Sales Budgets for Regions and Reps \u2013 Monthly tracking of Sales, and Team discussions on quarterly basis \u2013 Sales Dashboards and Business Trackers.<br \/>\n\tTerritory Management System \u2013 ensuring effective use of the system by every member of the team \u2013 through training, monitoring of compliance with the call strategy etc. assisting MSR\u2019s when working with them in-field.<br \/>\n\tEfficiency of the Sales Team with regard to: a)Professionalism \u2013 behavior, dress, language used b) Knowledge &#8211; It is of paramount importance for the RSM\u2019s product and competitor knowledge to be as good as that of the Sales Team \u00a0c)Customer targeting and call strategies. d)Knowledge and implementation of marketing plans e)Time management f) Selling skills<br \/>\n\tRecommend and assist with training and development initiatives for the Sales Team\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPerformance Management of the Sales Team, with regular monitoring of their activities to ensure achievement of objectives.<br \/>\n\tAssist BUH &amp; Marketing Manager with Cycle Meeting arrangements and other ad hoc requirements.<br \/>\n\tRunning professional meetings with Sales team.<br \/>\n\tSetting of objectives, Mid-year and year end appraisals.<br \/>\n\tReport back relevant and accurate marketing intelligence to Head Office. Attend FAIME and Market data meetings with Marketing Manager and Commercial operations team<br \/>\n\tAttend LO and Stock meetings on a monthly basis with BUH \u00a0<br \/>\n\tTimeous submission of all admin requirements.<br \/>\n\tSFE Quarterly updates to BUH.<br \/>\n\tProvide Infield coaching whilst infield, both selling skills and product knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\t5 Years\u2019 experience in the Aesthetic Industry\u00a0<br \/>\n\tA qualification in Sales Management is beneficial. A proven sales track record is a requirement. Previous sales management is beneficial.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tA post matric qualification preferably in the Medical field. Sales Management, leadership training.
