You will contribute to the development and execution of the portfolio\u2019s growth plans, communication &amp; digital strategies, as well as innovation.<\/p>\n<p>A day in the life of a Senior Brand Manager:<\/p>\n<p>Compliance:<\/p>\n<p>\tUsing the Code Management system for the specific market as the guiding document to ensure that all activities within the team comply with the WHO International Code for the marketing of Breastmilk substitutes, Nestl\u00e9 Instructions and the local Code.<\/p>\n<p>Know your consumer deeply<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop in-depth and thorough understanding of target consumers, leveraging the consumer portrait and CEF for the brand.<br \/>\n\tDifferentiate consumer segments based on insights.<br \/>\n\tNutrition-specific: Understand the needs of targeted HCPs in order to develop &amp; execute communication strategies based on impactful, meaningful &amp; compliant scientific content that will be translated into tools and materials to be used by the Medical Field Force.<\/p>\n<p>Inspire with Brand Vision and Essence<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop Brand Essence when relevant or apply the one defined by SBU \/ GMB. Own digital asset management.<br \/>\n\tRegularly track the relevant digital\/eBusiness KPIs (including internal and industry benchmarking) to ensure achievement of targets.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMaximize business value by using digital to drive cross-functional (eBusiness, Marketing, Sales, CCSD, Corporate Communications, CES) collaboration, sharing and, where appropriate, integration.<\/p>\n<p>Financial &amp; Business Acumen<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong P&amp;L understanding &amp; integration into business strategy &amp; KPI management<br \/>\n\tPFME Budget management \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>What will make you successful?<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor&#8217;s Degree\/IMM Diploma (Marketing Preferred).<br \/>\n\tMinimum 5-8 years\u2019 experience in marketing which may include some years in other function ideally in sales\/CCSD at Nestl\u00e9 or equivalent FMCG.<br \/>\n\tPositive mindset &amp; strong orientation to people development &amp; leadership.<br \/>\n\tHigh learning agility, ability to work under pressure &amp; to manage complexity.<br \/>\n\tStakeholder management &amp; strong communication skills.<br \/>\n\tGood understanding of digital marketing.
