\tExceed customer expectations by practicing customer selling techniques.
\n\tAdhere to stock loss controls in store.
\n\tEnsure individual targets are met consistently.
\n\tAbility to maximise and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover.
\n\tMaintain housekeeping, uphold our visual merchandising standards to optimise sales.
\n\tCreate an inspiring environment. Have fun.
\n\tTransact all purchases \u2013 receive, verify and processes all payments such as cash, cards, vouchers, coupons and any other acceptable payments.
\n\tEnsure all out going stock\/ items\/ scripts are scanned and paid for.
\n\tProcess all loyalty cards including those of accelerated partners.
\n\tEstablish a professional relationship with customers and provide friendly, helpful, courteous assistance and advice to all customers.
\n\tReport customer compliments and complaints to management.
\n\tAttend to all customer stock queries and ensure that they dealt with and resolved.<\/p>\n

\n\tWilling and able to work retail hours.
\n\tSouth African citizen<\/p>\n
Advantageous:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\t1 year work experience within retail.
\n\tMicrosoft \u2013 Computer Proficiency
\n\tAbility to communicate effectively.
\n\tKnowledge of current clothing trends\/outdoor lifestyle (depending on the brand applying for) Willing and able to work retail hours.<\/p>\n
