HR Strategy<\/p>\n
\tMonitor and evaluate implementation of the HR and HCD strategy and plans within Divisions.\u00a0<\/p>\n
HR Governance<\/p>\n
\tProvide expert advice and act as advisor on Mintek policies and procedures; participate in policy reviews.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Workforce Planning<\/p>\n
\tAssist Divisions to prepare workforce plans, identifying skills and resources required to achieve objectives.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Performance Management System<\/p>\n
\tDrive performance management culture: ensure compliance with performance management policies and procedures; ensure all employees have performance contracts and goal reviews on a continuous basis; analyse interpret and present performance review data to the Divisional meetings bi-annually.
\n\tFacilitate and assist Line Managers with the effective implementation of performance agreements, evaluations and assessments within the cycle.
\n\tFacilitate training for Line Managers and Supervisors.
\n\tFacilitate moderation meeting and minute taking to aligned with terms and reference within Mintek.
\n\tCo-ordinate PEP to fast track performance and training needs aligned with PDP and provide counselling as well as dispute resolutions.
\n\tProvide report of assessment results for implementation of increases.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Talent Management<\/p>\n
\tDrive the implementation of Mintek talent management strategy, customised to Divisions’ needs.
\n\tProvide strategic support in the implementation of Divisional Talent Forums for review and identification of talent.
\n\tImplement talent management initiatives to enable attraction, development and retention of talent within Divisions.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Employee Relations<\/p>\n
\tDisciplinary, poor performance, grievances – attend to all matters as advisor; escalate complex issues to head.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Succession Planning and Retention Strategy<\/p>\n
\tCompile exit report and analyse exit trends to be aligned to the retention strategy.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Communication & Feedback<\/p>\n
\tCommunicate and market HR service offering, Manage internal relations to ensure that business needs are met.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Development needs identification<\/p>\n
\tRegularly assess progress and reassess development needs.<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tHonours Degree in HR\/Industrial Psychology or Equivalent level of education.
\n\tMinimum of 5 years working experience in HR as an HRBP\/ HR Generalist or relevant.<\/p>\n
