Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tStrong in Data analysis and Excel reporting
\n\tHandles investigations and quality reporting on Ford & VW parts
\n\tManages imports, exports, and back orders
\n\tTake care of discrepancies, critical parts, and unboxing reports
\n\tHas a proactive and detail-oriented approach
\n\tVW Bot report submissions
\n\tManage domestic dealer quality issues, providing timely support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
\n\tConduct regular quality audits and inspections to monitor compliance with established standards.
\n\tReport on inbound data
\n\tSupport with dealer queries
\n\tAssist with VW cutoff process
\n\tMaintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers\/dealers\u2019 complaints.
\n\tWork closely with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
\n\tAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMatric\/Grade 12 \u2013 Mathematics & English \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0
\n\tNational Diploma in engineering or Relevant Qualification will be an added advantage.
\n\tMinimum of 1 years of experience in Warehousing, Logistics, Automotive<\/p>\n
