Main responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tContribute to the success of the company through excellent customer service
\n\tAct as a host\/hostess to customers who visit the business premises
\n\tProvide information about the products and services of the business through various channels\u00a0
\n\tResolve customer queries\u00a0
\n\tAdvise customers on the various processes in the business
\n\tEnsure that customers are satisfied
\n\tManage the cash desk, assist with orders, exchanges and refunds
\n\tManage the business\u2019s loyalty program\u00a0
\n\tManage goods returned and liaise with the relevant departments
\n\tProvide cash back on returned goods
\n\tRecord all transactions\u00a0
\n\tEnsure minimal customer complaints\u00a0
\n\tEnsure the speed and reliability of service to customers
\n\tEnsure compliance with till policies and procedures
\n\tEnsure compliance with all internal control procedures
\n\tDelivery high level of the various services of the store: welcome point, loyalty card, etc.
\n\tEnsure exceptional relationship with our customers
\n\tEnsure efficiency in the department to minimise customer waiting time
\n\tEnsure all processes enhance the quality of service offered to customers<\/p>\n
