Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\t3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably including video editing.
\n\tProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
\n\tExperience with video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia content production.<\/p>\n
Qualification:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.<\/p>\n
Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCreate innovative graphic designs and video content that effectively communicate ideas and align with brand guidelines.
\n\tCollaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, creative directors, and clients to brainstorm, strategize, and develop cohesive visual concepts.
\n\tDesign marketing materials for multiple platforms including social media, websites, print, internal communications, and advertisements.
\n\tProduce and edit video content to complement graphic designs, ensuring a consistent visual narrative across multimedia projects.
\n\tManage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\n\tMaintain and update internal databases for designs, photography, and video assets.
\n\tUse industry trends, design principles, and audience insights to inform creative decisions.
\n\tImplement and enforce brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all materials.
\n\tTroubleshoot design challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance overall design quality.<\/p>\n
