Collections & Productivity:<\/p>\n
\tAchieve and exceed individual collection targets through effective communication and negotiation.
\n\tMaintain and update accurate records of customer interactions, payment arrangements and collections actions.<\/p>\n
Customer Engagement & Negotiation:<\/p>\n
\tEngage with customers empathetically and professionally, negotiating payment plans that benefit both the customer and Nimble.
\n\tResolve customer queries or disputes in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client concerns are addressed effectively to avoid delays in payments.<\/p>\n
Compliance & Quality Assurance:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure adherence to all relevant laws, policies, and industry regulations to maintain ethical standards and minimise risks during the collections process.<\/p>\n

\tWe are looking for candidates with at least 6 months of experience in outbound collections, sales, or customer service. If you are results-driven, thrives under pressure, reliable, have a positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team then this could be the perfect role for you.<\/p>\n
What You Need:<\/p>\n
\tA Matric qualification (or equivalent).
\n\tA positive credit record and a clear criminal record.
\n\tStrong verbal and written communication skills.
\n\tComputer literacy and the ability to handle systems efficiently.<\/p>\n
