{"id":16507,"date":"2025-08-15T10:00:34","date_gmt":"2025-08-15T10:00:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/manager-operations-fixed-term-cotract-spec-project-management\/"},"modified":"2025-11-16T00:24:41","modified_gmt":"2025-11-16T00:24:41","slug":"manager-operations-fixed-term-cotract-spec-project-management","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/?post_type=job_listing&p=16507","title":{"rendered":"Manager: Operations (Fixed Term Cotract) \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Spec: Project Management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Core Description<\/p>\n<p>\tManages and controls the resources required to deliver the contracted services to clients by being fully aware of the status of all services provided to the client, as well as to initiate interaction with the client for scheduled reporting, proactive incident, problem and change alerting\/reporting and service status changes. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Key Deliverables \/ Primary Functions<\/p>\n<p>\tTakes responsibility for investigative work to seek effective business solutions and organises their implementation through improvements in information systems, data management, processes\/procedures, organisation and equipment \u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\tTranslating customer requirements into working instructions for Delivery \u00a0<br \/>\n\tInvestigate possible Business growth and foresee\/complete the process to increase the revenue \u00a0<br \/>\n\tService Level Monitoring \u00a0<br \/>\n\tManaging customer ICT related contract and SLA renewals \u00a0<br \/>\n\tManaging incident, process and customer request and coordination with technical team to ensure that quality services are delivered with regard to the agreed SLA \u00a0<br \/>\n\tProviding detailed performance or incident reports as per an agreed schedule in the SLAs (or on request) \u00a0<br \/>\n\tLiaises regularly with service providers and users to review and improve performance against SL \u00a0<br \/>\n\tResponsible for identifying the need for and initiating corrective action\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPlanning, managing and overseeing DWM projects implementation to ensure on time delivery \u00a0<br \/>\n\tManagement of Office ICT Infrastructure at the main BCX Office and Disaster Recovery site \u00a0<br \/>\n\tEstablishes and maintains operational methods, procedures, and facilities in assigned area of responsibility, and reviews them regularly for effectiveness and efficiency<br \/>\n\tBuilding and maintaining customer relations and satisfaction, through frequent visits, communication and timed feedbacks \u00a0<br \/>\n\tManaging relations with the service providers and the SLA\u2019s that may affect the quality of ICT service we deliver to our customers \u00a0<br \/>\n\tAnalyzing risks and keep the risk register updated\u202f\u00a0<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain flight plans to ensure effective service delivery and growth\u202f\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAssigning the roles and responsibility among the technical team members Oversee and review all staff activities and guide them in managing time and deliverables \u202f\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProducing and sharing with the technical team the service improvement plans, including planning for the staff trainings as per the prevailing business needs\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProvide coaching and guidance and ensure that the necessary training takes place. \u202f\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSuccessfully implement performance management and career development strategies and processes in alignment with BCX policy and guidelines\u202f\u00a0<br \/>\n\tConduct performance reviews at least bi-annually and in alignment with BCX\u2019s policies and procedures\u202f<\/p>\n<p>Core Functional Skills &amp;
